Cooking Instructions


Step 1 - Add 1 tablespoon of oil to frying pan. When heated, add in a pack pf 50g Chicken Curry Paste and stir fry for 30 seconds.

Step 2 - Add in 300g of Chicken and stir fry in medium heat for 2 minutes.

Step 3 - Add a medium size potato (cut into approximately 3 cm bite sizes) and 150ml of water. Stir well.

Step 4 - Bring to boil and let it simmer in low heat for 25 minutes.

Step 5 - Add in 75ml Coconut Cream and bring to boil. Transfer to bowl and serve.
