Cooking Instructions
Step 1 - Cut 300g of meat into 2-3 long strips and tenderize 300g of meat with mallet hammer.
Step 2 - Marinade meat with 1 teaspoon pepper, 3 tablespoons of Hoisin Sauce, 2 teaspoons of dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar and 2 cloves of garlic for an hour.
Step 3 - Heat the oven to 200 degrees celsius and place the meat onto wire rack in oven for 15 minutes.
Step 4 - Turnover the meat, brush on remaining marinade sauce and let meat grill for another 15 minutes or until cooked.
Step 5 - When cooked, brush on a bit of honey to give a beautiful glaze and leave in oven for another 5 minutes. Afterwards, slice the meat into bite sizes and serve.
