Cooking Instructions
Step 1 - Add 2 tablespoons of oil into frying pan. When heated, add 3 cloves of minced garlic. Stir fry for 20 seconds.
Step 2 - Add 300g of diced Chicken/Prawn/Beef. Stir fry for 2 minutes.
Step 3 - Add 50g of roasted Cashew Nuts and give it a quick stir.
Step 4 - Add in packet of 50g Kung Po Sauce, stir and mix till meat is nicely coated.
Step 5 - Add in chopped Scallions (1 stalk). Stir fry a little, dish out and serve.
