Cooking Instructions
Step 1 - Add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil to frying pan. When heated, add 3 cloves of minced garlic and stir fry for 20 seconds.
Step 2 - Add 2 packets of 50g Chilli Crab Paste and stir fry for 30 seconds.
Step 3 - Add in 2 crabs (600g) chopped into around 8 portions. Stir fry over medium heat for 2 minutes.
Step 4 - Add 100ml of tomato ketchup and 150ml of water. Give it a quick mix and let it simmer over medium low heat for 10 minutes.
Step 5 - Add in an egg and mix well. Bring to boil and serve.
* This paste is also excellent for stir frying Prawns
* Heat to a minimum of 75 degrees
