Cooking Instructions (1 pax)
Step 1 - Add 1 tablespoon of oil to frying pan. Adding packet of 50g Laksa Paste. Stir fry for 30 seconds.
Step 2 - Add 350ml of water. Mix well and let it boil over medium heat for 15 minutes.
Step 3 - Add in 100ml of Coconut cream. Mix well and bring to boil over high heat.
Step 4 - Prepare the rice noodles, cooked prawns, bean sprouts and boiled eggs in 1 bowl.
Step 5 - Pour the Laksa broth into a bowl and serve.

Cooking Instructions (2 pax)
Preparation:
- Marinate 300g of bite size meat with 1/2 teaspoon corn starch & 1 teaspoon soy sauce 20 minutes before cooking.
- Prepare frying batter - mix 1/2 cup all purpose flour with 1/4 cup of corn starch, 1/2 egg, 1 teaspoon cooking oil and pinch of salt to form a thick batter
- 1 cup of pineapple cubes, 1/2 red pepper and 1/3 cucumber - chopped into bite sizes
Step 1 - Tranfer meat into batter and make sure it is well coated.
Step 2 - Heat wok with enough oil for deep frying. When oil is heated, deep fry meat pieces till golden brown. Dish out and drain on paper towels.
Step 3 - Add 2 tablespoons of oil to wok. When heated add 2 cloves of minced garlic and stir fry for 30 seconds.
Step 4 - Add the pineapples, red peppers and cucumber cubes. Stir fry for 30 seconds.
Step 5 - Add in meat pieces and a packet of 50g Sweet & Sour Sauce. Stir till meat is nicely coated. Serve hot.

Cooking Instructions
Step 1 - Add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil to frying pan. When heated, add 3 cloves of minced garlic and stir fry for 20 seconds.

Cooking Instructions
Step 1 - Cut 300g of meat into 2-3 long strips and tenderize 300g of meat with mallet hammer.
Step 2 - Marinade meat with 1 teaspoon pepper, 3 tablespoons of Hoisin Sauce, 2 teaspoons of dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar and 2 cloves of garlic for an hour.
Step 3 - Heat the oven to 200 degrees celsius and place the meat onto wire rack in oven for 15 minutes.
Step 4 - Turnover the meat, brush on remaining marinade sauce and let meat grill for another 15 minutes or until cooked.
Step 5 - When cooked, brush on a bit of honey to give a beautiful glaze and leave in oven for another 5 minutes. Afterwards, slice the meat into bite sizes and serve.

Cooking Instructions
Step 1 - Add 1 tablespoon soya bean oil into frying pan with 50g of Rendang Paste. Stir for 1 minute over medium heat until fragrant.
Step 2 - Add 350g of beef brisket or boneless lamb leg (cut into cubes) and stir fry for 1 minute. Then add in 1.2 litres of water.
Step 3 - Reduce to low heat and cook for 90 minutes till meat is tender.
Step 4 - Add 70ml of coconut milk, mix well and cook for another 90 minutes till gravy is thickened. Stir occasionally to prevent meat from burning.
Step 5 - Transfer the meat with gravy onto plate and serve.
